well, i gained weight because i wasnt watching what i ate when i was ill.
i have 2 herniated disk and bulging disk and i didnt exercise through the pain.

so here i am .im tired of being over weight ,usually im thin ,i usually weigh less than 200 and im going to try my best to be 200 lbs or less!

I HAVE AN AEROBIC STEPPER ,ITS NOTHING FANCY REALLY -JUST A PLASTIC BOX THAT HAS COOL DESIGNS ON IT AND ITS MEANT FOR STEP AEROBICS - WHY CANT I FIND ANYTHING ON THAT FOR THE M.E.T ? LIKE HOW MANY CALORIES DO WE BURN IF WE DO STEP AEROBICS FOR 1 HOUR ? PLUS ,IF I HAVE A 4 INCH OR A 6 INCH ADJUSTABLE HEIGHT AD ON -NOW HOW MUCH IS THE DIFFERENCE FOR THAT? I NEED HELP PLEASE .
