Yay! Finally lost (more than) 20 pounds! I still have a long way to go, but this makes me happy. 20 more pounds and I can use that cheap stair stepper I bought ages ago. It's going slow, but it's going and staying off.

Sliced and froze some fresh strawberries today. Combined about 6 strawberries worth with Cool Whip and a chopped up Kit Kat Mini. I was low in calories today so I used 4 tbsp. of Cool Whip and 2 Kit Kats, for a total of 157 calories, but generally I will use only 2 tbsp. and 1 Kit Kat so would only be 90 calories for the entire dessert. Tastes even better than my Blue Bunny ice cream!

Yay, I finally worked off that crunchwrap I indulged in the other morning. That and the 40 minutes of Wii boxing I did yesterday. I went and bought a head of lettuce and chopped it all up into a large baggie so we all had nice big salads yesterday. I love salad in the summertime. Even my 5yr old ate a bunch. I do put a tiny sprinkle of cheese and sunflower seeds on mine but I leave off the croutons and bacon bits. So happy to be going down again.
Oh, and I just have to add, one of the boys is making pancakes this morning, so I am actually having breakfast for once. One pancake with Butterlicious spray and a tiny drizzle of boysenberry syrup and I am full, but it was very good.
