I just readjusted my weight loss goal to be more realistic. Smaller steps are more manageable.
Really though my goal is not a weight. Right now my goal is to wear smaller pants.

Yesterday I ate some canny. And some ice cream. Not the best dieting day.
Today I'm going to do better.
I can't wait for winter to be over. And maybe get a new job. I'm feeling stressed out. Bleh.

Day 2.
Well Day 1 was good. I didn't snack at night which is one of my downfalls. I'm used to working nights for so many years, snacking in the evening. Last night I had no popcorn or anything. I woke up feeling good. I lost 1-2 pounds.
Today I was good, ate a decent breakfast of a cup of cereal with a banana and milk. And coffee. And tea. Went to a fabulous Middle Eastern restaurant for lunch and got the appetizer plate which is 2 little felafels, tabouli, hummus, baba ganoush, a small salad with amazing yogurty sauce.
I'm on such a yoyo. I need to stabilize this eating.

Hi journal.
I've been on Weight Watchers for about 2 months and have lost about 10 pounds. I am sticking with WW for now although I'm in a slump and having a little trouble motivating myself to keep it up.
I have 2 kids (ages 6 and nearly 2 omg). the first time I joined WW was before my wedding nearly 8 years ago. I now weigh what I weighed before I began WW then. After my last baby (who is ADORABLE of course) I lost some weight with breastfeeding and taking care of the wee one. But it's slowly piled back on.
I want to turn my eating around. I want to eat healthy for the long term. I want to get my whole family exercising at least moderately.
Here I go at my starting point.
