A newcomer to this app today and welcome any encouragement. As a 34 year old stay at home mother of three boys, I'm fairly active. My husband has competed in a body building competition and we attended the Arnold Classic last year. I have always been in relatively decent shape, thankful for good genetics. But, as im a year out from my 35th birthday and my next Arnold Classic, my bucket list is to be in competition shape by next year even if i never compete. I eat clean and workout, but i need to atart being accountable for my workouts and keeping tracks of cals and macros. Any competitors or moms with similar goals or advice?
