I see others losing weight with an even higher RDI up to 2000 calories a day. What am I doing wrong?
20 minutes of Turbofire but I'm bored of kicking and punching the air already. Need to try dancing or an outdoor activity. It's finally spring maybe I'll get the mountain bike out!

I did better getting in more protein today. I had no idea meat was so high in calories though.

I can't believe it's already nearing the middle of April! Is it possible to lose 15 lbs in 2 months? Really going to have to step it up!
10 minute Turbofire stretch class & 15 minute HIIT class.
Now I get to take a shower with my new all natural, organic shampoo and soap. :D YaY!

PLEASE READ- Does anyone know what that little pie should look like for RDI%? Should it be equal parts protein, fat and carbs? Mine is usually mostly carbs then fat and then protein. I am losing weight very slowly, if at all. If anyone has a few minutes and could take a look at my diet, that would be helpful. I'll take any suggestions. Thanks guys! :)
