Taco salad with a twist. Cajun homemade fries, taco seasoned ground beef, melted cheddar, tomatos, spring greens, sour cream, classic guac Ive never heard of this meal before, I improvised, but let me tell yall how delicous this is!!!!

On the left is what I look like now. Im way too skinny. (Stress) Right is me at 155. People keep asking if Im trying to body build, because Im looking to get to 160. Im trying to gain healthy weight and muscle while still maintaining a feminine body type.

people struggle to eat large amounts of protein and here I am, struggling to eat less with my 3500 calorie "diet" .. my trainer said to lower my protein from 150-180 to 100-115. That is so hard for me with the amount of calories I'm supposed to intake daily. Its so crazy how a lot of trainers push how important high protein diets are until they tell you youre eating too much. 😂😭 you realize everything healthy that puts weight on you, contains a ton of protein. I'm stuck between a rock and a hard place lmao send help.

My gym has a scale so I use that now since I cant seem to find and buy an accurate one! SO EXCITED that what I'm doing is finally working. Been trying to gain weight for 15 years and always failed. This is huge for me. I hope it continues!!
