Well, here's my first entry. I don't usually do these types of things, but I saw an advertisement for it and, seeing as I would really like to lose thirty lbs, I'm going to try it.
Basically, the biggest reason why I want to lost this weight is so that I feel more comfortable and confidant in the clothes I am wearing now. Some fit me alright, but most of my clothes are too tight and show off rolls that I am so embarrassed by. And sure, I would love to look more attractive (I am single so every little bit helps), but mostly it is so my clothes fit better and so that I feel better about myself.
The biggest problem from losing weight is my love of food...even worse, my love of very unhealthy food. And the time of night that cravings tend to hit me. If I could somehow get a handle on that bad habit, I am pretty sure this weight loss journey could actually be possible.
