Last night, I slipped up a bit. It was another midnight visit to the fridge. I didn't go quite as overboard as I usually would have, so that's good. But still...this NEEDS TO STOP. It only happens because I'm so groggy when I wake up in the middle of the night...and don't have enough self control to tell myself no. Tonight will be a different story. I hope.

I'm trying to talk myself into the fact that I'm hungry so that I can justify eating something...just gotta keep telling myself that I can eat a big breakfast tomorrow.

Just like anyone else, I kinda suck at keeping a diet together. I'm hoping that I can lose about 20 pounds in the next couple of months. It's gonna be hard, but hopefully I can do it.
