I am a mother of 3 beautiful children ages- 12, 10, and 3.5 months. I have a high stress job and work several hours a week as a Program manager at a non profit for adults with disabilities. I seek out exercise in several ways- taking resident's for a walk, walking to meetings, standing during meetings. I have had several medical issues for several years, including depression, anxiety, weight gain, sleepiness, and unable to manage stress. I have since been diagnosed with hypothyroidism and vitamin D deficiency.
