I thought I could start adding carbs back in but CLEARLY my body hates them. going keto again in the new year for good this time!!!

perhaps the scale is wrong. I've been eating way too many carbs and way too much beer. I have been more active though

went out to dinner and had a burger , fries and 2pints of beer. totally worth 0.4 lbs. difference I think is that I'm sleeping better and in turn much more active during the day. I'm also in group therapy for binge eating disorder. finally learning to rebuild my torrid relationship with food!!!!!
