Lost 130 pounds on Profile By Sanford and I’m struggling recently with a new diet, not by choice.. I found out before Christmas I had thyroid cancer and I’m prepping for radiation. My doc has me on a low iodine diet. My Profile program was a lot of meal replacements/shakes and I miss those so much! I can’t have them while on this due to the soy and whey content. I found an Organic Raw replacement at Whole Foods and it’s super yummy but a little pricey. Plus I add unsweetened almond Mille to give me extra carbs and calories. I’d like my carb intake to remain about 50-70 and for the last 3/4 days I’ve been able to do that! Gonna weigh in a few days to see where I am. I will be in a motel for 4 days next week for my radiation and hope I can get some room work outs done along with no snacking in between meals!!! Pray for me!!
