Today was my "not being careful" day. Slice of pizza for lunch and Hostess cupcakes for dessert! Mmmmmmm..... I am happy being able to give myself a little free day if I do well during the week and I think I have done very well this week. Even my uniform was noticeably looser this morning.

Phew, okay the tortillas I eat have 4 grams of fat, not 6. Not great, but better. Went to my first night of boot camp last night. Wow, that was a lot of cardio! I am excited to push myself. We did an outside workout last night, running up a big hill, etc.

6 grams of fat in ONE tortilla?? No wonder they taste so good! Guess I should reconsider that particular brand.

My calories are staying low, but interestingly, I feel like I am not eating as well as I could. I guess that's good - eating well and staying aware, but not depriving myself. I think that will keep me on it instead of feeling like I am being forced to avoid things I like.
