I am going on a whole food diet because of the documentary "Forks over Knives."
Hopefully I will lose weight and get my body fat % to at least 5%.

I failed myself.

I fell prey to advertisements that most young kids fall for when they first join body building.

I worked out for a week or 2.
My results were halted by protein and creatine shakes.

It was thanks to a marine vet at a gym that told me the truth.
He was also a certified doctor.
