Not much to record today as of yet , had my breakfast .... again lol . Had the 2 poached eggs, i am starting to get used to them and really enjoy them over the fried eggs. forgot to take my pita's out of the freezer last night so i used a low carb wrap this morning and put a small smear of light mayo on it and 1 oz of sliced mozz cheese and arugula with the 4 slice's of bacon and it was quite nice.
I was planning on getting on the stationary bike tonight after work , but I will be in the shop all day and being there all day is so hard on my knee I am just not sure if i will be able to handle the bike tonight, time will tell and i will just have to see how swollen it is tonight when i get home.

weight taken tuesday at 5:45 pm .....
not much to record as of yet, same breakfast as the last few days, still getting used to making breakfast everyday, cut back on the sugar in my coffee in the morning,and also cut out the french vanilla whitener and changed to 1% milk.... again this is taking some getting used to, but I am sure it will all be good.

First day on the need "me" during the work week, actually took 10 mins and made breakfast this morning, something i rarely do during the week. just need to stay focused,and i will be on my way to a happy me in no time.

new day !!! New eat's :) cut my breakfast carbs in half almost by switching a few things I usually have for my weekend breakfast, amazingly it tasted just as good lol.

First real day of low carbs, had my normal weekend breakfast, for lunch 2 low carb torts with sliced turkey, cream chez,avacodo, and Broccoli salad mixture, dinner is going to be salsbury steak,fries,and salad
