Battle of the baby flab :) my 30 day challenge to loose 5 kg in 30 days.
My little guy is almost 3 months and I am now getting enough sleep at night to start tackling the bulge(through much fault of my own ...far too many pizza and ice cream treats for the baby when he was in my tummy ...). I started on the first weighing 75.1kg, a big weight for someone of 5ft.2, I have been keeping to a strict 1000 calorie a day diet, with only healthy food and gave my body a scare at first as I dropped 2 KG in one week but i am now steadily loosing between 0.1 and 0.2 kg per day. The first week I just followed the diet and upped my steps that I monitor with my Jawbone, the past 4 days I have been adding exercise and managed to get this body out for a run twice this week ... only running a mile and walking the rest but my mission is by the 7th of July to be able to run that full 2 miles :0) yay so far so good!
