Haven't kept up with my food, but I know I haven't done too horribly. i am at least maintaining. I need to dig back in to keep loosing!

Monday I had to fast for some blood work, so I decided to make it a rare Papa Murphy's day. I had 2 slices of pizza and 2 slices of cheese sticks. I represented what I ate with 2 slices of the highest calorie pizza in the list.
I still have some Papa Murphy's to eat over the next few days, but I expect to spread it out, and eat a variety of foods throughout the day.

Just felt good so decided to weigh myself again. 263.6, down from 264.4 earlier this morning.

Eating throughout the day, and I am down 2 pounds. Nice. Now to master the craving for heavy foods. That is the hardest challenge for me.
