Hi my name is Alesa, i have always struggled maintaining my goal weight right now i weigh 170 and my goal weight is 120 I've always been on the heavier size and i love my body but i want to improve and be healthy. i work out 3x a week. if anyone has any feedback that would help that would be amazing thanks ! :)
