Man, two pounds up today! I hope it's just water retention. I was really thirsty all day yesterday, and I had to have drank a gallon of water, lol. I was actually up and moving more yesterday, and even walked on the treadmill for half an hour.
I'm staying on Induction until I break below 160 lbs. I haven't been lower than 160 lbs. since I got married six years ago.
Of course, my carb intake will be a little higher this Thursday, for Thanksgiving, but I'm going to try and stay fairly low. If I can find the low-carb bread that the recipe calls for, I'm going to make the stuffing in the Atkins For Life book, as well as the pumpkin pie. It has a pecan crust, which sounds delicious.

Ugh! Weight loss slowed down, and I'm still on Induction. Going to stay on Induction another few days - trying to get under 160 before I start OWL. Of course, Thanksgiving is around the corner...
I think I need to look into the supplements - I'm only taking a multi - and make sure I'm drinking enough water. Also, I haven't been exercising, because I can't implement everything at once, so I guess it's time to break out the treadmill, lol.

I ate away from home for the first time, with no problems! I had a cheeseburger without the bun, but with all the veggies, and then made sure I had a big salad that night for dinner when I got home. We also ate at my MIL's last night, and she made spaghetti. She didn't know I was dieting, but luckily she had made a simple salad, so I had that, and then had a protein snack and some broccoli when I got home. No problemo!
