I first started losing weight when I realized that I weighed 308.0lbs. I have gotten myself to 267.4lbs by just doing whatever and not following a consistent plan. Well, that is no longer working so it is time to start being stricter on my plan. The goal is to lose 52lbs in 14 weeks and be ready to kill the fitness test to get into the police department.
