starting fresh. First monday of a new month. Yes yes yes... I've done this a thousand times. What will be different this time is I will refuse to "fall of the wagon." I know the rules, I know what I have to do. What usually derails me is a school vacation or some such thing... when I feel like i cant go to the gym because I have to many other things going on. This has to be a priority! No less than 3 days a week and a goal of 5 days a week. The gym is a must because when I dont go I eat horribly. Which makes no sense and hopefully moving forward this will not be an issue. This is not a diet, this is a lifestyle change for me. I hate the way I feel and look when I "fall off the wagon." I wont be "restarting" this again because this is the last time I quit. I know I can do it. I did it last year and I'll get there again!
