been goign to slimming world with my girlfriend , gives me extra motivation to keep going at it, also started exercising again , just 30 minutes a day on a crossfit machine

recently started again , im eating loads of veggies , cut out carbs completely except for puy lentils,and eating protein, drinking lots of water and exercising 30 minutes every day on a crosstrainer machine.
