starting to get the hang of this website. i'm finding it helpful to have everything in black and white, for the most it keeps me on track. decided to join this site when i got saw pictures of myself as a bridesmaid in a friends wedding an was just appalled at how i looked. so i have vowed to not spend another year fat. the goal is to be close to my ideal weight by my birthday next march. today was day two of the 30 day shred, i didn't think it was possible for it to be any harder than it was yesterday but it was, i'm hoping the soreness will go away in the next couple of days! went a little overboard at dinner tonight, will have to work that off tomorrow morning.
