Feel really good today. I know if I can stick to the healthy eating plan for this week I will be successful long term. My work out was great today. Combination of interval training, weight training, and abs.

Today was a great day!! I found a healthy recipe for Turkey Mini meatloafs. One serving only has 80 calories and they are delicious and easy to make. Today was gorgeous outside the high was 76 degrees. It's only march. I feel great although a little tired because of the time change. I'm going to bed early tonight. I definitely feel ready to conquer the new week. I am going to look awesome this summer.

I've been doing fairly well this week. My meals have been healthy. Today was my cheat day and I had 10 french fries as a part of my dinner. My husband told me today as we were eating that I was fat. I haven't told him that I've been watching what I'm eating. He really hurt my feelings. I'm trying. it's frustrating and hard to stay positive when he critize's me. I do need to lose weight, but I don't need his negativity.

OMG! I feel terrible. I fell off the wagon for over a month. Today marks me getting back on it. I have 4 months to get into shape for our summer vacation. It's time to buckle down and do this.
