3/28/10 It seems to me I would not have done as well at losing weight as I have so far were it not for the support of Carol and Marge thru our daily menu emails.
I think twice before indulging in a craving because I think of them. Also my vanity encourages me to NOT give in to a binge because I'm the heaviest of the three of us. [Marge is now 130-131, Carol is 140 and I've just cracked the 150 mark by moving to 149.]
aLSO, I'm noticing I'm having more frequent weekly weigh-ins where I lose nothing, but (so far) at the end of the following week I drop 2 pounds. THIS week gave me an especially nice surprise where after plateauing 2 weeks ago, I dropped 3 pounds.
So I guess the lesson is to keep supporting each other healthier eating plans, and to have patience when I plateau a week...
