Working from home today means working in my active wear. Planning on walking and doing some floor exersizes. Any other suggestions?

Today my friend/accountability buddy/coworker forgot her lunch. So she was going to have to go get something on her lunch break instead of eating in the breakroom with me and then spending the rest of our lunch break walking around the block. She decided to get a salad from Subway so she wouldn't feel like she was cheating. Then I had a brilliant idea.
We WALKED to Subway to pickup her lunch and bring it back! 3.2 miles total, so a whole 5k in the middle of the day!
I am so proud of us and it felt good. I wasn't overly exerted. I didn't even get more than mildly out of breath. I think this may end up being a regular thing for me!

Today is the day! No more of my old excuses and bad habits. I will lose the weight. I will feel better. I will not quit!
