I've decided to make a lifestyle today. I just wanna get back to that healthier me again. I will achieve my weight loss goal by incorporating more fitness activities throughout the week and by following the volumetrics system with Jenny Craig by eating more, satisfying food with a lesser calorie intake. I know that the weight will not come off all at once, it takes time. I'm aiming for at least 1-2lbs weight loss each week. I was 240lbs, but now I weigh 235.2lbs. My goal weight is 150lbs. I have been on Jenny for two weeks and I'm currently starting week 3 today. Everything is going great with the program and I can't wait to see myself two months from now. I have not been exercising much, but starting tomorrow I am going to make it my business to start working out to enhance my weight loss journey for better results.
