Day 3 -switching to countdown so 84 days until Reunion.
Feeling good today. Gotta fix the gym app, go to the gym and straighten that out.
Today's inspiration: ex BF updated his profile pic. Yes, I know, I should unfriend him. Anyway, he put a picture of himself as of yesterday or the weekend whatever. Nothing like reality for a reality check. He's had his hair dyed again, surely to look younger. Whoever took the picture did a good job cropping. Letting myself feel more sorry for him and less sorry for me.
Gonna have breakfast and get to some finishing some taxes.

Day 2.
Had ice cream last night because the ice cream place opened up for the year. I stopped by and then couldn't bring myself to pay $6 for less than half a cup of ice cream. Picked up a pint at the supermarket instead and took a portion equal to the eggs I didn't eat. So that was ok. Killed a craving that was bugging me for days.
Joined the gym near my house. Can't get into the app but that's ok. I will get over there maybe tomorrow. My plan is to go to the classes there. Went to the food pantry today and did the order taking in the parking lot which means running around.
Went to lunch with my child and helped with car maintenance: approved the decision to get a real mechanic to do the work tomorrow! That's a load off my mind.

Day 1. Countdown to reunion June 6, college reunion.
Today I have stuck to the meal prep, made a nice beef and veggie mix for dinner and that completes the plan. I added some chocolate syrup to my protein drink for something sweet. I will go dancing tonight and then have the frittata for after-dance second dinner. There's a town election coming up and I thought it was today but it's in two weeks so I don't have to worry.
I joined one gym today, will join the other by the end of the week I think. I like programs in both and the classes in two gyms will be cheaper than getting a trainer.
Going to go 4 or 5 days at a time, and so far I think I don't have to buy anything to set up the next few weeks.

Did food prep today for the week starting tomorrow. I have to cook some beef with broccoli but otherwise ready with a variety of foods. I might substitute hot cocoa for some of the protein shake or mix them. I doubt I will eat all of what I prepared but the days planned have high protein and 25 g of fiber.

Not one ounce dropped this week. Time for something drastic...Like sticking to my diet. Can't even begin to understand.
Ugh. Reorganized my food and have basically been maintaining my intake. Going to get a trainer today, tour the gym I think is going to work for me. Not going to sign up for the 60-day challenge online just going to find in-person help.
Last time I was successful I had someone cook for me and also a personal trainer. Going to the gym that I think is going to work for me and see how I feel in the space. With the trainer fees it might be expensive but I have to get some accountability. Weird though, one trainer is my old BF's trainer. Not sure that is something I want to think about but you know, small world sometimes.
One person I follow has had amazing success but seems to have cut calories drastically. I think that might be a way to jumpstart the process but I don't know.
