A summer of recovery, I rested a lot did some reinforcement but not much training or journaling. Starting back running and I will start journaling again.

Getting the habit of logging my food back is not easy, so is not eating all the crap I feel like eating whenever I feel like...
As for the weight, not too sure what happened...
I guess that I will see some progress in the coming weeks.

Back at it once more! After a twisted ankle last fall, I kept on running on an injury and it became worst. Until I had to completely stop jogging. Now, 3 months in without running at all, my doctor gave me the OK, so I'm starting back from square one. Walk/run/walk/etc... and at the same time, I want to slim down a bit... Winter got me a little plumpier than what I usually like!

Haven't really logged nor followed any kind of way of eating. I was running about 5-7 times a week, and everything was alright... 'Till I twisted an ankle and slowed down a lot.
I was spending way less energy, but kept eating like I was when running everyday.
I'm hopping back on this horse!
