Don’t feel great this morning as I had a very late dinner which I really should skipped and drink some water instead. Slept badly. Feel stuffed. Heavy. Sickish. Not excited about breakfast today. One of those worse cases when you lost control and start thinking and regret when all the food has already gone.
Lesson learnt. Must keep focus on be good to myself and overeating at night time is not

My tuna and egg “sandwiches” on a lettuce leaf 🥬 with halumi and avocado for breakfast I left the fried egg out this time 🍳❌
