7/12 cardio 4 1hr= 421.9cal, weightlifting leg press curl abs n ate a total of 1200cal that's w/o counting the cal on fruits n veggies. I was eating every 3hrs but 4 some reason I was starving an hour after eating. (Hating the Diet) =•O heading to the gym in a few min
7/13 cardio for 30min + a high intensity class 1hr. Total of cal burn 660. Intake 1268 w/o counting fruits n veggies. I'm sore n dnt feel like going to the gym. But after watching Jillian michael I cnt stay home. =•D is not easy but beauty is painful so let it hurt
7/14 well I workout aunq no queria burned 348cal intake 1200cal w/o counting veggies n fruits. I'm less hungry =•D but I'm running out of ideas 4 dinners!!!
7/15 Another day closer to the end of the 9days.Worked out 20min on a bike and 1hr on a kick-boxing class guessing close to 400cal burned. Intake 1150cal w/o counting Veggies and fruits... We had a delicious dinner last night Brown Rice with veggie Burger and platano verde hervido. Let see what i cook tonight!
Well ppl 7/16Fri, 7/17Sat and 7/17Sun didn't work out, Intake pretty much the same 1200 to 1500cal per day. I only have 1day and 1/2 without meat. I dnt feel much of the diff but only the scale will tell on Wednesday. Yay is almost Wednesday!!! I love all the support from my friends and all the texting i'm getting in regards to this Diet by the way the name of the diet is Fat Smash Diet. You should go out and buy the book is pretty good. ONe more day left yay.

I'm starting Smatch Fat diet on July12. I currently weight 126 and my ideal weight is 101-115. I'm also starting my hubby on it he weights 282lbs.
