Note to self: was at a high weight of 142.4. Struggling to get back on the wagon. Was up 15 pounds overall. Finally decided to join weight watchers. New to that. Joined in March. Big adjustment learning new rules and the App was not working for me so tracking was more tedious thAn it needed to be. However after 4 weeks in I finally see some results and have lost 5.8 so far. That includes eating out but tryi g to make smarter choices. I think I needed to detox from sugar and that took longer thAn I anticipated. Feel better. Bought a fitbit, the cheaper Zip. Still going to the gym but would like to carve out more time for that. Need to go atleast 3 times a week. I meet that goal 50% of the time.
Am at the Boston Marathon now so that is great inspiration to keep moving. My daughter is a Spotter at the 15 mile mark for channel 4 so Im hanging here. Too many road closures to know if I would be able to get back here in 4 hours to pick her up. I love the marathon, its a beautiful day for spectators although probably too warm for the runners.
