Another disappointing week. I know it's my own fault. In my heart of hearts I know I'm drinking too much wine, and doing too little exercise. It's all going to change this week. I can't go on losing a pound a week, that's ridiculous! So this is it - the big push. I CAN DO THIS!

Another bad week. While I'm still losing (yay!), it's not nearly as much as I should (boo!). I've had a crap couple of weeks with not nearly enough exercise and far, FAR too many excuses to eat and drink too much. I'm honestly shocked that I lost weight at all. Last night I reached the height of badness and drank waaaaaaaaaaay too much wine. I'm paying for it today by having healthy chicken noodle soup, while my hangover screams for lots of fat and salt!
Still, my new Tae Bo DVD arrived in the post at the beginning of the weekend. There is enough time to lose another 20lbs by Christmas. I can do it!

Phew! Relief! I was pretty sure I'd put weight on this week, or at least stayed the same, after a week of not being particularly good and doing very little exercise. So I'm very happy, if determined next week will be better.

I am exactly where I targeted myself to be. 14lbs in 7 weeks! (I didn't record my first weigh-in) Still a long way to go, but as long as I can keep it up, I'm really, really happy!
