Was not feeling up to par, didn't exercise as I was hoping too.

I guess you could say today was a total flop in the diet department. My house is on the market for sale and today was a last minute get ready for a showing and tomorrow is a last minute open house. I had no time to cook so going thru the drive thru in the morning was what i did. I could of made changes in my choices at the drive thru, but my brain was not turned on. Instead of the typical bacon, egg and cheese biscuit I should of asked for a yogurt. Instead of a sugar free vanilla iced coffee, I could of gotten a brewed iced tea. ( I no longer drink hot coffee ). Lunch choices could of also been improved upon also, but I am a stress eater, so macaroni salad and an onion roll were consumed. Tomorrow is a new day, and a new beginning. I will not fret over todays mistakes.
