Day 3 - Week 1....Not feeling sore today much at all! I figured for sure I would but my muscles must be adapting fairly quickly. So we did our sets for the day...it was tough but not insurmountable. And then the last set of 'max reps' I managed to eek out 15! Pretty proud of that. I was at 7 not thinking I was going to hit my mark of 10 so killing another 5 is a great feeling....feeling good today. :)

So Day 2 of the "6 weeks to 100 push ups" challenge. OMG!! Managed to eek out the required number for today and then on my Max Rep set I did 12! At 4 I didn't know how I was going to get to 6 but I managed. It wasn't pretty...but I suppose it doesn't have to be, it just needs to be DONE! Since I started on Tuesday (doing this challenge with some girls from work and Monday was a holiday for us) that means we have to do Day 3 TOMORROW! WHAT?? Yeah, not even a day of rest. This is gonna hurt!!

Completed Day 1 of the Six Weeks to 100 push ups challenge. On the final set (Set 5) I did 10 push ups! I am going to pay for it tomorrow and the next day though! But at this point - Day 1 was successful!

Did the initial test for the 100 push ups challenge - I managed to do 13 push-ups...BOY push ups too! Although I should be starting in column 3 (11-20 pushups) I think I'll start in column 2 (6-10) just because I think I need to build up slowly.
Pretty impressed though! :) Not bad for not being able to do two regular pushups 6 months ago!
