I'm doing better this week. On my diet - enjoying every minute of it - since it doesn't seem like a diet. I get to eat all this GOOD food! And as much as I want. Ok, so it's not ding-dongs and fudgecicles but it's amazing how much I enjoy a tub of vanilla yogurt covered in fresh blackberries! I'm finding I like being on the detox food, however, if I get a craving for something on the foundation phase, I go ahead and indulge. LMAO! So funny that I feel like I'm almost cheating by eating a piece of meat or a whole egg! Onward bound!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
