I have resolved in my heart to reach a reasonable weight. I don't do well on diet plans. The minute I say I am on a diet. My brain works all day to sabotage the diet. So I am just making changes in my every day eating. Any suggestions???

End of day. I have made the resolve not to eat after 7 PM. Last week
I gave up white bread with little or no fiber.
