Warm up: fietsen 5 min
Assisted pull ups: 1x 8 - 41kg 1x 8 31kg 1x 6 - 25kg
Bench press: 2x 8 -35kg 1x 6 -37.5kg 1x 8 37.5kg 🥳
Crossover: 2x 8 -30kg 1x 6 -35kg
Skull crushers: 3x 8 -12,5kg
Bicep curl: 1× 8 12.5kg - 1x 6 -22.5kg 1x 8 -22,5kg (stang met losse gewichten)
Lat pulldown: 2x 8 -40kg 1x 6 -45kg 1x 8 -45kg
Cable triceps pushdown: 3x 8 stand 15 1x 6 stand 17.5
Cable row: 1x 10 - 30kg 1x 10 -45kg 1x 8 -45kg 1x 8 -50kg
Back extension: 1x 8 -50kg 1x 8 -54kg 1x 8 -56kg
Balance ball sit: 3x 50 sec
Wandelen over het eiland - 4,5km 🌳

Aangezien ik dit weekend niks aan krachttraining gedaan heb (wel veel lopen) heb ik nu even de tijd genomen in de gym. Gelukkig maar ook dat ik vandaag nog vrij ben. Bijna 40 kilo bench! Bijna 25 kilo bicep curl!! 🙂🙂 Deze deden pijn! Mooi zo! 💪💪💪
