Great workout in the park today, really felt the burn and am getting stronger. I cannot believe I put on my size 8 jeans and zipped them up! Excited to be able to put them on, but still a bit too tight. That is my motivation this month. Still eating well, but finding it hard to fight the urge to binge eat. Why oh why do I sabotage myself? I am not looking forward to going home this weekend. Glad it is only for one night, cause my mom would definitely sabotage me.

I did not do so well this past weekend. Spending time with my daughter was so much fun, but I blew it when it came to eating. I am back on track today and I will be working out. Things will be back to normal!

I have a lot of homework to do today, so I hope I still have time to work out before the kids come home. Last night was stressful and I did not sleep well. Today it is pouring rain, so no going outside. I will be glad when the sun is out and stays out.

Had a great workout today at the gym. I can do so many more pushups than when I started. YAY! Did a ton of exercise, am getting the hang of healthy eating and making good choices. It is easier without my oldest daughter causing me stress. Good luck to everyone.
