So a week and whatever of beginning the journey that is tracking my macro nutrients I splurge on a German chocolate in the super market. Luckily I could record it into my meal plan, but there is always something bad right?
Note to Self: Saturated fats in large quantities cause you to break out.
Well, at least I now know this issue and can correct it--I guess that's where my improved skin complexion came from. I will be switching back to fat free milk and never indulging in processed saturation unless in a strict social setting.
NO SATURATED FATS BRAH=SEXY SKIN LIKE THE OLD DAYS.
(have nuts instead for 20% fat/daily)
