I'm excited to begin my Eat-Healthy & Live-Fit lifestyle. It's well past the time to stop making excuses and take my life back!!!
My 9-month goal is to loose (1) pound for every year that I've been alive, which adds up to a total of 51 lbs.
I will also be working on overcoming a few shortcomings that have gotten me to this point in my life:
1) Undisciplined
2) Procrastination
3) Laziness
4) Taking life for granted!
