No workout today - the best I'll get is walking around doing the grocery shopping. Might try to get in something small this evening, but not sure.
Will be working out at home tomorrow, since lunch is booked with work.

Went to the gym again today although not a great workout. Did a little bit of weights and ran 6-7.5mph for 3/4 mile. Was running too fast for the little exercise I've done lately and am not coughing.
Need to continue my 5-6mph for a while (through the end of the year at least) to rebuild my lung capacity and some endurance before I go any faster.
Also looking into Crossfit for once I get back in better shape - it's something I would love to do, but it's quite expensive. There is a box only 10 miles from my house, so if finances get in better order I'll definitely be looking into it.

It's been an extremely long time since I've been on here, but I'm going to give it another shot - today is my first day of logging again. Need to lose a bunch of weight again, so wish me luck.
