My trainer has requested the next 3 days of food records. He wants to help me figure out what's going on and how I can jack everything up a notch to start losing faster.
Endurance yoga and a run today.

Went out for lunch and had 3/4 of it boxed. When I got home I realized that the only thing I really wanted in that box was the half a veggie burger. So I wrapped that up and threw out about half a pound of fries (I had only eaten a few at the restaurant). Temptation: 0 vs. Will-Power: 1
Small steps.

Just left the most toxic job I've ever been in and have decided that it's the perfect time for me to focus on gaining back the health this job cost me.
But the new stay-at-home routine is going to be a challenge. No kids, but temptation and excuses. Will have to stay focused and create a new routine and with it new habits.
