It's been horribly emotional for me lately. I feel like I"m stuck in this downward spiral. My exercising is on point but my eating is horrendous. I cant stay focused.

I took one year off gained 10-15lbs but did not have a 40lbs spike. Although, I did gain, it was an accomplishment to stay under a gain of 20lbs within a year. I have the ability to gain 20lbsin a month if allowed.

I started atkins 3-4 wks ago again and I'm 2lbs less than my last weigh in on this site.
