I quit smoking over 3 years ago! Yay!!!
Once I quit smoking, I began gaining weight. I stopped eating a lot of the foods I love, and still kept gaining weight. I no longer eat ice cream, very limited chocolate intake (this makes me weep). Try to stay away from fried foods and all rich sauces.
I've gained almost 30 pounds in 3 years, and I'm fed up. I need to do something to end this cycle and get back down to a size I can wear my clothes and be comfortable again.
