New to this site. Was using Spark (lost 19 pounds) but waiting for all the ads to load got too frustrating! I also found their food tracker was incorrect on many items - hoping this site is better.
I'm a novice beekeeper in Maine, recently started a new job and we're in the process of having a home built (no stress here!). I also plan on going back to school once were settled.
I love landscaping - can't wait to get started on a new vision. I know that the physical demands of recreating this new space will help me with my fitness goals but I'm hoping to get in better condition before I start.

IT really is a hour by hour deal for me.
Sometimes minute by minute! On top of having an unhealthy perception of food (I'm trying to see it as just nutrition or fuel) I am hungry ALL the time. No amount of food stops the hunger, no amount of water or fiber helps. I figure that I can be fat and hungry or fit and hungry nut I will be hungry. I also lose weight very slowly now - over 50 with a stressful sit down job, 10 hours a day with no choice but to sit. This type of work kills people!
