saya tergolong orang yang aktivitasnya aktif dan sering berkecimpung didunia olahraga.
Kebutuhan kalori saya 2600 perhari.
namun dalam program diet saya , rata rata perhari saya hanya mengkonsumsi 400-600 kalori kadang juga 1000 kalori itupun jarang banget.
Tapi untuk kondisi fisik saya Allhamdulillah sampai skrg masih kuat dan ga pernah sakit parah sampai dirawat, hanya saja tensi darah sering drop 90/60 tapi tetap aja gapernah pingsan dan lemah.
lalu sebenarnya apakah yang saya lakukan ini baik atau buruk bagi diri saya ?

and the doctor said "you gotta stop ur exercises routinity for 2 two weeks before ur injuries getting worse" and i'll say "Enough is enough,welcome back my Fat"
