<sigh> A bit depressed. Haven't been paying the least bit of attention to what I've eaten for a while. Kept telling myself that I was too busy, too tired, whatever...
Well - it's time to start again. God has great things planned for me. I want to be ready when He calls. That means that in addition to getting fit and strong spiritually, I also need to work on the physical.

It's been a little while. I've been holding steady with the weight - but not at all with all the new 'life style' choices I had promised to make. Been back to visiting that old McD's dollar menu every day and indulging on bedtime deserts. My attitude and moods are off the chart lately - most likely due to all the junk I've been eating. Time to get back to it. I don't like to feel this way.

OOOOk... THAT was short-lived.
Had a "poor me" day today and sampled just about everything in the snack machine. <GAG> All that sugar....
I suppose there is a bright side... it wasn't all THAT long ago when I could eat like that and not feel bad. In fact, it wasn't that long ago when I'd choose to eat like that in order to feel good. SO! The fact that I made myself sick on a few pastries is a good thing.
Yes! It wasn't a bad thing at all. And since I'm feeling so bloated and miserable, I'll be skipping dinner - thank you very much. I'll start off fresh tomorrow all will be right in 'new me' world.

Went out of town with my best friend this weekend and had a WONDERFUL time!!! We saw the NC zoo, and a really cool street fair, and visited "JR's" along I85, and ate lots of wonderful food. It was a GREAT weekend and I don't regrete those 3lbs one tiny little bit! There's nothing like spending time with a girlfriend - just talking and complaining and laughing and being silly.. (o; <sigh> .. such a great weekend...
