Thanks for the tips and encouragement. I ordered the 'extreme smash' book last night and dusted off my clothes hanger, I mean, my TREADMILL in preparation for 'Phase I'.

I have been yoyo-ing up and down for a couple weeks now, so this weight will probably go back up a few lbs before I start the diet next week.
I'm trying to put together some type of shopping list from the recipes I've been able to find online here, but am having trouble deciphering how this information is organized. More study is required, apparently.
