Ahhhwell, wont b long for the 10 lb challenge morrow!..went to the gym todae..1 hr work out, tuna and cottage cheese for T..1 and half bottled water..THEN I go and have savoury mINCE s/which..Made a birthdae challenge to be 68kg by 28th september[img][/img..[color=red]

WOW..lost 1 kg or 2lbs..(218lbs)gonna weigh myself every morning....
