Had an awesome workout last nite my oldest {10} son thought he'd join me since he didn't have football practice, so while my 8 yr old was at practice we worked out.
My hubby joined me this morning we went for an early jog/walk this morning {woke up at 5:30 a.m.}. Since I wont be able to do it this evening might as well do it this morning. My hubby is a volunteer fire fighter and they will be holding a small appreciation supper for their families tonite so I need to really watch myself with the food intake.
Did a weigh in this morning was afraid to see numbers going up instead of down but they didn't move so I guess thats a good thing!

It was a tough weekend trying not to overeat. Didn't get a chance to come online and make note of my food intake and my excercise. One thing for sure I did stay away from the scale this morning even though I don't think I overate, that thing just seems to scare me every time I look at it.
Turned out being an okay weekend I got up a lil to early Sat. morning boys had UIL competition they had to be at school by 6:30 {what a drag} got home and hubby had a full schedule for us of chores to do ugh! Started washing both our vehicles plus his harley at 7 a.m. and we were done at 10:30, did some yard work {we had no time for breakfast} showered and got dressed and went out for lunch with hubby. Went and got boys from school and off the football games both boys had games one at 3 p.m. the other at 4: p.m. so exciting both won! Had a pretty descent supper! Sunday was rough, so much food around first a fish fry then a birthday party, did limit myself though.
Hopefully today won't be as challenging as yesterday!

It's been 3 days of me watching my calorie intake and trying to get some extra time working out. Its so hard to have me time! Both my boys play football so while their in practice, I try to get my walking/jogging done. My husband works late so Im usually making supper after 7 not good at all! Ive learned to try to feed myself and the boys before he gets home but hate not having supper as a family. But with diabetes in my family {my dad} I do have to think about my health and need to think of my boys as well. My husband seems to be pretty fit, he is the type that can loose weight fast! Ugh!
